The Training is my signature program designed in four-week increments. The Training combines strengthening exercises with Mindfulness Meditation practice in a uniquely effective way, laid out specifically for your individual fitness level and goals.
The Training includes Life Coaching tools to help you create healthy habits, stay organized, and curate a healthy environment in your home, workplace, and even your automobile. You’ll learn how to delegate tasks and set healthy boundaries when necessary.
Weekly sessions begin with a 10-minute warmup followed by 20 minutes of strengthening exercises, five minutes of guided Mindfulness Meditation, and a five-minute discussion. Includes a weekly check-in email with questions and tasks to help you stay consistent. All sessions are via Zoom.
Designed for both individuals and groups. Three days per week for two weeks. Each class begins with a 10-minute presentation on the benefits of practicing mindfulness, followed by a 15-minute guided mindfulness session, and ends with a group discussion. Sessions are available via Zoom or in person.
